Comment by Gail Douglas on May 22, 2012 at 9:51am I felt so heavy after flying the "red-eye" back to NY yesterday, so I did some power ki-gong and it really made a difference. It made me smile. I shared that with my 7:30 AM class at Franklin Square Center today.
Denver members talked about supporting a friend's meditation circle, if you aren't quite ready to start your own. Last night, I attended Claire Marie Nim's circle. She's a member of the Westminster Center in Colorado. It was wonderful. She presented to a group of fellow healing touch massage therapists who meet every third Monday of the month. There were six of us. She went through the six steps of meditation with out missing a beat. It was great to hear everyone's sharing and because this group is already works with energy, they caught right on.
I'm glad I did this because now I know there are a few more things that I need to do before I start my own...like get some music, and script out what I'm going to say.
