What is this website all about?
This website is a companion to EnergyPrinciples.com and allows people to create and join local meditaiton circles.

How Can I Join A Meditation Circle?
If you want to join a local meditation circle, click on the "meditation circles" link in the main navigation bar and search for one in your area.  When you find the circle you want to join, click the "Join" button.

How Can I Create A New Meditation Circle?
Visit the Meditation Circle main page and click "Add".  Fill out the basic information for your Meditation Circle and then submit it.  All Meditation Circles go through an approval process and their creation is restricted to those who have completed the requisite Energy Principles Leadership training on EnergyPrinciples.com.  If you are an Energy Principles Leader, your new circle could will be approved in the order it was created.  Normally approval happens within a few hours from when you submit your group.

What will I experience in a Meditation Circle?
During a Meditation Circle, you may do gentle stretching exercises, basic breathing exercises and of course meditation. Through these activities you may find yourself feeling more relaxed, calm and open.

How much does it cost to join?
Meditation Circles are free. This website is also free to use.

Can I start my own Meditation Circle?
Only Energy Principles Leaders can create their own Meditation Circles. If you are interested in becoming an Energy Principle Leader, please visit EnergyPrinciples.com

Are there any fees?
This website is free to use. All you need is a valid email address and an interest in meditation and you're welcome to join.

How do I Sign Up?
To get started, click on the "Sign Up" link or go to: http://energyprinciples.ning.com/main/authorization/signUp

Follow the instructions and login with your email address or choose to login with Facebook or Gmail.  

What should I do after I sign up?
Once you have joined, pleas upload your favorite profile photo and answer the profile questions so that we can learn more about you.  As a new member, you can chat with other users, join meditation groups and enjoy our growing community.
